09-16
On September 16, 2026, Mexico celebrated the 216th anniversary of its independence. When Father Hidalgo rang the bronze bell of the Dolores Church in 1810, he sparked an independence movement that would change the fate of Latin America. 216 years later, capacitive touchscreen technology is “ringing” that historic bell in a different way. At the Museum of the Constitution in Mexico City, a swipe of the finger across the screen allows visitors to trace the timeline of seven constitutions; at the Bicentennial Exhibition Hall in Michoacán, 3D historical figures “speak” on 19-inch touchscreens. A significant portion of the capacitive touchscreen modules powering these interactive experiences comes from Hangzhou Hongxiao Technology Co., Ltd., a national-level high-tech enterprise based in Hangzhou, China. This company, which has specialized in capacitive touch technology for over a decade, is providing a “invisible yet tangible” technological foundation for cultural exhibition settings worldwide, all in accordance with industrial-grade technical standards.
